How do I track my order?
We will communicate with you regarding the lead time for your order, as some items are in stock, some need to be ordered and some need to be manufactured. Once we have the order ready to ship we will send you the tracking number.
What are your shipping and delivery options?
For local and domestic deliveries, we use The courier Guy and for International shipping we use DHL. For deliveries into our neighbouring SADIC countries we use Kilwa Trading or Transport holdings.
Please send us your order and we will quote your shipping costs accordingly.
Do you provide International delivery?
Yes we do!.
What is your returns policy?
If you wish to return an order, you have 10 days from receiving your parcel to contact us via email. Please ensure the full order is returned in its original condition (All packaging and labels in their original condition) The shipping costs for a returned order will be at your own cost.
Prior to ordering, we are more than happy to pass on more information on any product that you are interested in.
Returns for refund:
We offer refunds on FULL PRICED items only. We do not offer any refunds or replacements for any sale or promotional items.
You will be required to cover all the postage / shipping costs on the returning order.
Items must be returned in the same condition as received and with original packaging and tags attached.
Refunds will only be granted once the item has been received on our end. Refund payments will only be paid into accounts where the original payment was received.
Please return your item's to The Courier Guy Knysna kiosk.
What if my item is faulty?
We take the greatest care when packaging each and every product and order. Please send us a photo of the faulty item to eathtradingshop@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving the item. Once we receive the photo of the faulty item we will arrange a replacement at our own cost for you. If the item is no longer available, a similar item at the same cost can be selected from our website, alternatively a refund can be arranged.
What are your customs, duties and tax policies?
You may be liable for customs and import duties, quotas, permits, product restrictions and/or other local requirements. Customs policies vary widely from state to state and country to country, so please be sure to investigate before placing an order, as we cannot be held liable for any extra charges.
How do I care for my jewellery
Wear your jewellery with care. Prolonged exposure to water and chemicals may reduce the longevity of your piece, so its therefore recommended that you remove your jewellery before showering and swimming. Fragrance and body lotion may cause discoloration.
Sterling silver to be stored in a cool, dry place, as sunlight, heat and moisture accelerate tarnishing.
To clean your silver, just lightly polish using a silver polishing cloth.
